Annual Maintenance
The device requires annual maintenance. For this purpose, the TOPPAS must be sent or brought to us. If you wish to visit in person, please contact us briefly to arrange an appointment. The due maintenance date for the TOPPAS can be found on the device (flat side), the handle sleeve, or in the enclosed device passport. After inspection of the TOPPAS, you will receive a proforma invoice from us that must be settled first. Immediately thereafter, the goods will be shipped or can be collected by you. What should I pay attention to when shipping?
Please send TOPPAS in the designated transport case or a sturdy box. Ensure sufficient and appropriate filling material to prevent transport damage. If possible, please fill out the attached form. Include this with your TOPPAS shipment. For multiple shipments, one form is sufficient. The maintenance address can be found in the contact form or in the attached form.
How long does maintenance take?
We strive to keep the maintenance period as short as possible to ensure nearly seamless operation with TOPPAS at your location. We also offer the option to perform maintenance on-site at your location. Simply request a non-binding quote from us.
How can I ship TOPPAS?
You can use any shipping service provider. We are also happy to arrange collection of your TOPPAS. You only need to contact us at info@ntt-valley.de. Send us the number of devices, collection address, and desired collection date. We will take care of the rest. You only need to pack the packages in the transport case or other suitable container.
